Philicia Barbieri LPC, CAADC
Owner, Licensed Professional Counselor
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life you desire? I specialize in working with adults who are grappling with depression, anxiety, substance use, and trauma. My primary objective is to establish a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make significant changes in your life. I employ a warm and empathetic approach, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
During our initial sessions, we will collaborate to explore the underlying reasons for your visit and begin setting goals that align with your values and aspirations for yourself. I am deeply passionate about this work because I have witnessed the transformative power of confronting life’s challenges with courage, leading to greater self-awareness, and a stronger sense of control over one’s narrative.
If you are ready to embark on this journey, I am here to accompany you every step of the way. Please reach out to me via email or phone to initiate our conversation and begin the process.

Rachel Rudel LPC, RDT
Licensed Professional Counselor
Hello! My name is Rachel Rudel, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Drama Therapist. I know that processing thoughts and emotions related to life stressors can be overwhelming and confusing. The practice of therapy creates a safe space to broaden your coping skills so that you don’t have to do it alone! You can count on me to be warm, empathic and point out your strengths as you navigate making changes in your life. I treat teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I look forward to connecting and I can't wait to help you create the life you desire.
I use an integrative approach of skill building and drama therapy. Drama therapy is an embodied practice that creates opportunities for exploring your inner experience and understanding how the "inside" impacts your interpersonal relationships and how you show up in the world.

Master's Counselor Intern
l love meeting new people and learning new things! I look forward to getting to know you!

After life coaching and working mostly in higher education for more than 25 years in student support services and as faculty, I wanted to do more to help others which is why I am currently a practicum / intern under supervision to become a licensed therapist!
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, I am a culturally aware practitioner with significant experience working previously as an educator and life coach with various multicultural populations, both in the United States, as well as Japan and Poland, ranging in ages from late teens to senior citizens.
The plain English translation of what I just said is that I love meeting, interacting with, and helping all kinds of people!
My therapeutic approach is to take a warm and caring, yet practical, solution-based approach to therapy, which may include setting goals, providing emotional support, practicing communication skills, exploring thoughts and emotions, finding helpful resources, managing stress, adapting to new cultures, researching new career paths, working through grief, adapting to chronic illness or disability, and changing problematic behaviors.
I am especially excited to be offering $30 / online session to make therapy more accessible to the community and I have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends!
Therapy is always about understanding and meeting the client's needs, and there are many different ways to be in the world. Let's figure out what you need and discover what works best for you!

Alyssa Beley LAPC
Liscensed Associate Professional Counselor
As an EMDR therapist in training, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating the impact of trauma, with particular interests in domestic and sexual violence, eating disorders, and the many ways past experiences can shape how we relate to ourselves and others. I work with adults and adolescents who are seeking a space to better understand their stories, strengthen coping skills, and move toward healing.
I believe that you already hold the tools and strengths needed for growth. Some times we just need a supportive space to help activate and trust them. In my practice, I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where you can feel safe, seen, and heard. I believe that when we feel truly understood we can open the door to real change and self-compassion.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Relational-Cultural Therapy. Together we might explore the stories that have shaped you, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and build skills that support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and connection with yourself and others.
Healing is about reclaiming your voice, your strength, and your sense of wholeness. My hope is that our work together helps you feel grounded in who you are and confident in your capacity to heal and grow.
