Philicia Barbieri LPC, CAADC
Owner, Licensed Professional Counselor
Are you feeling overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotions? Do you find yourself feeling anxious, depressed, angry, or stuck in patterns you want to change? Maybe you overthink, struggle to quiet your mind, or turn to substances as a way to cope. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we can identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, including thoughts that contribute to anxiety, depression, anger, and self-doubt.
I'm Philicia Barbieri, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). Since 2013, I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, addiction, and life transitions. I provide a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where we can explore what's keeping you stuck and work towards change.
I am trauma-informed and trained in EMDR. I'm also a certified yoga instructor, and when appropriate, I may incorporate mindfulness, meditation, and other grounding practices to support emotional regulation. Therapy can be a place to gain clarity, challenge the patterns that no longer serve you, and take the next step forward.

Rachel Rudel LPC, RDT
Licensed Professional Counselor
Hello! My name is Rachel Rudel, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Drama Therapist. I know that processing thoughts and emotions related to life stressors can be overwhelming and confusing. The practice of therapy creates a safe space to broaden your coping skills so that you don’t have to do it alone! You can count on me to be warm, empathic and point out your strengths as you navigate making changes in your life. I treat teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I look forward to connecting and I can't wait to help you create the life you desire.
I use an integrative approach of skill building and drama therapy. Drama therapy is an embodied practice that creates opportunities for exploring your inner experience and understanding how the "inside" impacts your interpersonal relationships and how you show up in the world.

Dinah Marcinik LAPC
Licensed Associate Professional Counselor
I focus on deeper meaning of life issues AND practical daily concerns! I help adults with problem-solving, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity, self-esteem, grief, loss, stress, trauma, depression and anxiety. My approach is person-centered, practical, integrative and tailored to your unique needs - meeting regularly - or only as needed, utilizing methods such as CBT, DBT, ACT, SFBT, IPSRT, Flash, EMDR and somatic work. I'm providing therapy under supervision as I work towards licensing, having completed an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and career transitioning after working 25+ years in higher ed.
There are many ways to be in the world and I am open to helping each client find what works best for them based on their unique identities and lived experiences! I welcome ALL adults - traditional, religious (Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist), conservative, LGBTQIA+, atheists, vegans, poly, neuro-divergent, gifted, complex and intersectional identities.
I offer "one-and-done" counseling for busy people who want to explore quick, solution focused, coping strategies, along with ongoing sessions for people who need more time to process. I have immediate and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, because therapy needs to be available when you're available. I'm looking forward to meeting you!

Alyssa Beley LAPC
Liscensed Associate Professional Counselor
As an EMDR therapist in training, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating the impact of trauma, with particular interests in domestic and sexual violence, eating disorders, and the many ways past experiences can shape how we relate to ourselves and others. I work with adults and adolescents who are seeking a space to better understand their stories, strengthen coping skills, and move toward healing.
I believe that you already hold the tools and strengths needed for growth. Some times we just need a supportive space to help activate and trust them. In my practice, I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where you can feel safe, seen, and heard. I believe that when we feel truly understood we can open the door to real change and self-compassion.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Relational-Cultural Therapy. Together we might explore the stories that have shaped you, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and build skills that support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and connection with yourself and others.
Healing is about reclaiming your voice, your strength, and your sense of wholeness. My hope is that our work together helps you feel grounded in who you are and confident in your capacity to heal and grow.
